Do you have go-to gratitude points that you know are guaranteed to bring in the feeling?

One very EASY gratitude hack (for me) is… when I rise to see a new day I am already off to a GREAT START!!!

I have breath which equates to a New Day and opportunity to GO at/for it ONE MORE TIME/Day!!! 🙌🏾 Give Thanks

I like the question! Not really, but if I’m stuck when doing my 3 bullet point mini gratitude journal I often just pick something in my room, such as my cosy duvet – some other less fortunate people would be sooo grateful for this feeling.

Absolutely, and there are a couple reasons why. First, getting food in you will give you the energy you need first of all, however eating an empty breakfast without all the nutrients you need will make you feel sluggish. Second, it is similar to the “make your bed first” strategy- doing something productive early in the day will make being productive the rest of the day much easier.

I have 3 go-to strategies that I use depending of where I am. 1. Connect with nature: I try simple things : walk to the balcony and look at the sun 🌞 with close eyes 😉 grateful for the warm and light that brings and open my arms to feel the breeze – like hugging nature. Or go to garden and stand barefoot 🦶🏼 feeling nature supporting me, providing for my well being: water 💦 food 🥘 air 🌲.
2. Connect with my senses: so I close my eyes and ask myself what I hear 👂, what I smell 👃, what I feel, then open my eyes 👀 I get to see the scape brighter and more in focus. Them grateful to have my body healthy and functioning- remembering the trips that it’s has carry me on, or how my body allows me to do fun thinks : dance 💃🏼, swim , dive etc.
3. Connect with myself: I have Little Rocks 🪨 from special places . I put it my hand 🖐️, closed it and for every edge of the rock I said the words Thank You for something…I thank myself : for anything: even for just holding “nature” and looking for the blessings in my life: coffee ☕️ in the morning, or rainy days that help me slow down, my willingness to grow and be better.
These go-to strategies help me start my days good 😊 and to ground myself when things are chaotic.
Hope this helps 😉🌟

My go-to gratitude points at my loved ones. Thinking about them and all that they do for me makes me super greatful. I also look back at all the things that I’ve done and all the people that I’ve met who have made me who I am today. Is very humbling.

Yes I do. They’re extremely useful, potent and effective. Find something you know you love and makes you feel good and you can be grateful for.

I love the feeling of seeing a rainbow in the sky, so I recall a memory of a rainbow and immediately the feeling comes to me.

Acts 24:2-3 Peace. Quietness. Reform. Worthy deeds.
My go to gratitude point is to steal away for a moment of peace in silence. Typically where I can stare at trees sway in the wind. Seeing the hight and the strength of trees brings me a sense of peace, through the height you can see the time dedicated to bloom where it was planted, though it sways in the wind it has weathered every storm. The storm will pass by. Yet, the storm isn’t to break me but to strengthen me. Exposing and testing my weak spots, so I can make adjustments and grow stronger. While in the storm I recall all the things that a worthy to my development and to that of those around me. Fostering a community mindset takes me out of myself and allows me to push forward. It tends to feel easier to help others than to help one’s self.
