It’s possible! First, if you can, get to a doctors or your primary care physician to get a diagnosis to get a better understanding of the severity or if it’s linked to other underlying medical conditions. Generally, going ‘soft’ in the beginning help. Try a simple 30 minute walk around your neighborhood or even to a close by store. If you don’t feel up to that, try bed yoga! Something as simple as doing a 5 minute stretch as soon as you wake up or go to bed helps get your blood flowing. You can also stick to a home workout routine that may take you 15-25 minutes consisting of basic squats or leg raises, a 30 second plank or Russian twists, wall push ups or using a gallon of water for a weight to do curl biceps! Overall, take it slow and start small. Don’t think you have to go all in, in the beginning. Small steps are still steps towards progress. You got this!
