What exercise do you complete in the mornings?

I typically go on a mile or 2 walk with my dog. It gets me outside. Also gives me the time to take deep breaths in of crisp, fresh morning air. If I don’t go for that mile walk, I do a quick, simple 15 minute workout that targets the major parts of my body; arms, legs and abdomen. If I don’t have the energy to do any of that, I simply stretch or do yoga for the 15 minutes, to get my blood flowing and body tension down.
