When I was very often in hurry, I usually ate porridge for breakfast. I bought it as a powder and just add boiling water, mix it and wait for a few minutes. It is possible to vary it easy, add nuts, sirups, fruit, coconut, cacao, chocolate, peanut butter etc. and porridge can be from different cereals.

I would recommend overnightoats that you prepare in advance, preferably for several days. You can opt for things that you like. Baked oats is also a given choice just blend and bake!

When I was in a hurry I would make a breakfast for eating while driving. I liked to prep either an individual yogurt cup with almonds added or an avocado toast with protein like cream cheese or hummus.
