We make time for what’s important. Exercise isn’t a narrow definition of specific workouts. If you don’t have time to devote to long workouts or specific classes, you can still move your body. Stretch before bed. Park far away from stores and walk. Do you have stairs at work or home? Take stair breaks. Moving your body is better than sitting all day. Every bit counts.
