Avocado toast on a hearty grain bread sometimes with an egg on top; other times just homemade kefir with hemp seeds, but I’m always drinking kefir 😊; I also sometimes just have time for a perfect protein bar when I’m on the go; on the weekends I’ll make a dosa with peanut chutney 😊 (sometimes I make the dosa batter, other times it’s store bought)

To start my day I prefer to eat a heavy breakfast. One loaded with protein, carbs and healthy fats. One example of this is whole wheat toast with avocado spread, honey, sliced hard-boiled eggs, and 2-3 servings of potatoes, 2-3 servings of fruits and veggies(usually in a smoothie/juice)
