Exercise makes you feel good, but for some reason, it’s hard to get motivated to do it. What are some ways you can remind yourself that exercise feels good?

When I use to work out in the morning I had so much more energy throughout the day. Now I get to enjoy the walk or run with my dog and watch the sun rise without having to deal with too many ppl being out yet. The serenity is beautiful. The scenery and calm is my motivation.
