I choose which breakfast I would prefer in the evening before, in order to prepare pancakes, overnight oats, cakes cookies and so on. In the morning I just seat on my table and enjoy my breakfast.

Breakfast is easy. If I don’t have a protein shake I have hard boiled eggs with low fat cottage cheese, a sausage, and a mix of vegetables. The vegetable mix being grape tomatoes, baby carrots, and sugar snap peas.
