I usually drink a glass of water half hour before the meal and two glasses of water later finishing the meal . And mostly if I crave for any sweet in brunch time I simply drink a glass of water by sipping slowly it helps to stay hydrated and not to count on those calories .

When I wake up in the morning I drink one or sometimes two cups of warm water then I take breakfast one hour after drinking water. During breakfast I don’t drink water but I drink beverages like tea or cocoa
