I have been eating mainly egg and cheese omelettes every morning and they’re great but I want to mix it up a bit, what else can you have?

Well, you’ve been only consuming protein in the morning it seems. It’s necessary to maintain a healthy diet with each and every nutrients. Make sure to add fruits or vegetables as well and maybe a freshly squeezed lemonade for freshness and digestion :3
If it’s cottage cheese that you add with your omelette than that is considered healthy while eating packed cheese everyday can be unhealthy but it also depends on the quantity as well. That’s all I guess, I hope this helps ♡
