I’m constantly running out the door every morning, so I don’t have time to make eggs or anything else that takes time. Sometimes I’ll grab some nuts or fruit, but I’m tired of the same thing every day. Do you have any other examples of good foods to grab out the door?

you can find great recipes for breakfast bars that are filling, nutritious, and quick! and if you have a bit more time or would be able to eat this on the go, overnight oats or chia pudding is one of my favorites! also, a nutritious muffin recipe is my travel day go to, and would be great for all days!
