What should I eat for breakfast to lose weight?

Food with fiber and protein as they help you feel full longer, try avoid added sugar as it will make you feel hungry sooner (other simple sugars are good because they come with fiber/protein so they won’t cause this effect). So this could look like some granola (beware of added sugar) with yogurt (beware of added sugar) and fresh fruit. Or another option oatmeal (beware of added sugar) with fruit and nuts. Any other foods that include fiber (fruits, veggies, whole grain foods) and a lean protein (dairy products – especially low fat, low fat meats – ex. Turkey bacon, nuts/seeds)

Limit added sugar for the day to 50g or less per dietary recommendations by multiple sources (for a 2000 calorie diet) to help with cravings.
