Try working out in your home without any equipments. There are so many workouts you can do on your own. Spend some time on it whenever you miss going to the gym. And another thing is, people often tend to hesitate start a new thing so try starting to visit gym atleast 3 times a week and gradually increase it. Hope it helps

I have some options that might work. If you work in an office, find any excuse that you can to get up and stretch your legs, even if it’s just a walk to the bathroom. If you’re driving kids around for the day, get out of the car and walk the kids to wherever they’re going. If you’re at school, do a couple laps in your passing time, or stretch in the bathroom. You don’t have to do something extreme to keep your streak, just something small to get those muscles moving, so you can keep them from falling into disuse.

Put on some fabulous music that you love and dance!! That’s what I do when I am so terribly busy I can’t make it out of the house. Dancing is a great way to have fun and keep moving. Plus it’s just fun and you can get others involved if you have people who are down to join.
