I like walking in the morning for around 20 minutes. Can you suggest me whether I should do it before or after breakfast?

Personally i would choose after the walk becasue i cant eat right away after i wake up and if you have this problem too i would suggest to eat after

You should take your 20 minutes walk before breakfast so that your body is already warmed up and ready for the day and breakfast is just going to balance it off afterwards

I suggest you do it after breakfast, but if you already have the habit of doing it before it will be easier to keep doing it then and make it a good habit. And if sometimes you can add a few minutes more to that walk or make it a brisk walk it will be even better! Just celebrate the walk and the fresh air.

I highly recommend taking a walk after breakfast, because taking a walk after breakfast actually really helps with digestion, and is also a great way to clear your mind, and plan your day effectively… It might not work for everyone but it works for me, and I really hope it works for you too.
