What’s your favorite go-to easy breakfast?

I love 1 scrambled egg with 1/4 cup of egg whites. I add half a sweet potato for carbs, which I air fry. I also add 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 a slice of avocado. This breakfast fills me up and making it in the mornings helps me feel fulfilled.

Chickpea and cucumber salad, a glass of milk, some soaked dry fruits, chapati and curry, potato sandwich, uttapam, stir-fry rice and lots of veggies

Yogurt. Sometimes if I’m having a hard time developing an appetite, I’ll have a yogurt smoothie. Sometimes not chewing and just drinking a breakfast helps:)
