How do you avoid drinking juice for breakfast? I find one glass is never enough and it’s so full of sugar!

I simply don’t buy juice in my house because I have better alternatives; water, a completely safe and free drink to consume. If I start getting cravings for juice or soda, I try to drink sparkling water instead or add a pinch of sugar in my water. Also, I have a personal water cup with a funny and cute design that keeps me motivated to keep drinking water.
