Is there a solution for people who aren’t morning people and don’t like to work out in the morning ?

It never needs to be a huge workout, it can always just start with stretching then just waking up and doing 5 squats before breakfast

You would need a solution when you think you have a problem, if you are okay being a night person and don’t need to change then you can work out in the evening that will be beneficial, in my case I have problems so I want to change, eat healthy drink healthy all will be good
