How long do you meditate for? What do you think about when meditating?

My morning routine meditation is 12 min but I do 1- min to hour or more depending on how I feel
I think about nothing sometimes and sometimes everything my focus is to be mindful and positive at the end of my meditation I use meditation to ground myself it’s a quick self awareness meditation technique to help calm myself in a stressful situations or trauma bound thoughts i don’t want to have in my mind at that moment it protects me when I’m not feeling well enough to be in a moment
