When I remember to reflect my day, my weeks or month, that’s makes me want to write it down. I like how it clarify and declutter my brain. Making all the thoughts untangled, seeing how my days went by. Realizing I wasn’t that unproductive unlike how my mind says. Even I wasn’t, it helps me to track the good that I did and be better than on my unhealthy habits. And those monthly journals always made me fulfilled, that everything is in order. And in a while, those became my treasure to look back into.
