I cut up fresh fruit the night before making a fruit salad… eg. apples, oranges, rock melon, strawberries & blueberries & grapes.
Then in the morning I put a few spoonfuls into a bowl and I add some muesli (almond & summer fruits flavour).
I then put flavoured yogurt on top (strawberry’s & cream this week).
I then top it off by drizzling honey over it and pour myself an apple, orange & mango juice.
