Before I go to bed 🛏️ at night, first I’m going to look 👀 at my to do list 📋. Then I’ll put a check✔️ next to the one that I have finished that day. Next I look 👀 into the mirror 🪞 with my list in my hands and say these are the things that I needed to finish the next day when I wake up in the morning. The next morning. I’ll tell myself in the mirror 🪞 again with my do list in my hands and ask myself what is the easiest thing I can do first today? After the chores take a nice break because I don’t want to get overwhelmed. Repeat 🔁 the same thing the next day until it become easy and then a habit.

I break things up into small time intervals such as 2 to 5 minutes – if my mind is wandering, I stop short of a longer goal if I’m not able to get back on track within 2 to 5 minutes – finishing is just one goal – staying the course includes adjusting for energy levels and life events

Merubah kebiasaan dan pola pikir, sehingga kita bisa melangkah untuk menyelesaikan sesuatu dengan menelaah makna dari setiap proses yang dilewati.
