I often tend to snack at night. How do I get away from the late night ice cream cravings at the end of the day?

I know this is an extremely complex matter and there are no magic solutions. But try and be mindful of how it usually makes you feel after you’ve eaten those things. Is the craving usually satisfied/fulfilled? Or do you still feel the craving no matter how much ice cream/cake you have, even more actually?
