Which part of the day is recommended for me to stretch

Anytime really! If it’s upon waking up, mild stretches to get the body moving, energised, breathing deeply to wake up the circulation and loosening up the joints. I like doing some stretches and movement in between tasks during the work day to help me refocus. At the end of the day, it’s a great way to wind down, sit with your thoughts and breath through the emotions before bed.
