Well, my routine allows me to have a proper breakfast, as I wake up by 5:30 am, while my working hours start by 9:30 am so I have plenty of time to get things done in this time frame, and for me breakfast is the most important deal, if I don’t, that sure will result in lethargic and sleepy me. But incase, I don’t have time, I’ll quickly grab an apple, 2 bananas and a cup of milk, that will do till lunch hours.
