How you keep motivated to exercise ?

It all started with the reasons for me to start. It had nothing to do with looks, but with my body asking me to move around, stretch, warm up… this was in a highly demanding moment of my life. Listen! your body always tells you what it needs! Wether it’s food, excercise, stretching and even rest. When I started exercising with this in mind, all the pressure was gone, and I did actually feel more energized and loose, which I used to believe was a lie told by coaches. Time has passed and feeling healthy and like I’m treating my body nicely with a good habit keeps me motivated, I also feel fitter, healthier and stronger, so that helps to remind you not to lose that feeling.
