Any suggestions for something that: Packs 100+ calories into 2 or 3 utensil free, non-messy bites Doesn’t taste at all sweet sweet tasting at all Doesn’t involve fruit (oh, maybe I should try avocados) No nuts Nothing remotely resembling a bar, shake, or similar product Needs no preparation My best idea to date is 100 cal packs of Crunchy Cheetos (check the ingredients, aside from a ton of sodium they’re not bad), but Cheetos are definitely messy. Maybe avocados. Or maybe someone will have a great answer! Thanks πŸ˜ƒ

Not sure what your use case is, but if it’s just being calory dense, you can eat a lot of cheese in 3 bites which packs more calories and is healthier than Cheetos.
