What makes it easier for you to meditate? (Environment, drinking or eating before, stretching, etc.)

Drinking water makes me calm down,then I'll stretch and sweat a little go to bathroom wash up,dress and use my deodorant then I'll go out side and meditate inside the morning sunlight and at times inside my room.
Procrastination is not laziness. It's a lack of routine.
