Eggs for sure! they are easy and fast to make and you can make them in very different ways. They are a source of protein from the whites, and a good source of fats and vitamins for the yolk, which I think is amazing! I usually add a source of good carbs to give me more energy like a banana. And at the end I add a bit of caffeine with a good coffe.
