Usually with something playing on Netflix in the background but more recently meditation music and it seems to work better for me

Have a clear mind, don’t watch tv or use a phone (or use blue light blocking glasses for an hour before sleep), tell yourself you are going to sleep and now is the time to relax. Anything undone can be finished tomorrow, there is always tomorrow.
