When you’re depressed, how do you manage to keep to your habits?

I remind myself that I can do certain things to help others and staying healthy is one of those things that can help the people I know sincerely.

I’ve never been clinically depressed but when I’m anxious or feeling overwhelmed, I remind myself that my habits such as eating well, exercising and being in nature make me feel better.

I’ve heard this on a podcast and by implementing it, I can truly said this is true:

There are three main things in order to overcome depression and are:

1. Get good sleep
2. Eat nutrient food
3. Do some excercise

Pretty simple and powerful, we are made of chemicals so if we provide good chemistry to our body it will respond quickly and efficient
