There are good reasons to mediate in the morning and at night. Personally, I think it depends on how you want to feel after the meditation. When I want to feel energized, I’ll meditate in the morning because it help me become more alert and ready for the day. Whenever I meditate at night, my body and mind begin to relax and help me get ready for bed. Both times are great for meditation, it just depends on what type of meditation your doing and how you want to feel at the end of it

Both but doing it first thing in the morning sets up off to a great start and gets you into the right mindset for the day
