Right when I wake up I do about 20 pushups to have a better discipline. And currently I am working on going the gym daily.
I usually work out in the afternoon or at night because that’s where I have most free time. So I can focus on the exercise and have time to follow through with it. Most of the time you’re more likely to go through or take your time with something when you don’t really have anything else to do. Also I work out at night because it’s around the time where you relax and get ready for bed. So I take a shower after my workout routine and lay down to relax my body and go to sleep.
I usually do a small workout in the morning, it wakes me up. I also do a bigger workout in the evening as it helps me sleep and relax
