It’s great that you’re prepping the night before to support your morning run! To further encourage yourself, consider setting a specific goal for your runs, such as a distance or time target. Additionally, try pairing your run with a rewarding ritual, like enjoying a favorite podcast or playlist. Remember, consistency is key in building the exercise habit, so focus on progress, not perfection. Celebrate small victories, and stay connected with a supportive community to keep you motivated on your fitness journey!

I try to ensure that my exercise is something I truly enjoy. I used to do yoga, but found myself dreading it every morning. I liked how I felt afterwards, but hated how I felt in the process. So I switched what I did. Make sure your exercise is something you look foreword to when you wake up, and if you still don’t feel motivated, try reminding yourself of how you feel when yo do it. U got this!💜💜
