I prep everything the night before so I’m less likely to talk myself out of my morning run, but I’m still finding it challenging. What do you do to encourage yourself to complete the exercise habit?

get a friend to go with you. i actually started going to the gym yesterday, and im bringing my friend with me to make it easier and more fun. we keep each other in check to make sure we’re going.

I try to ensure that my exercise is something I truly enjoy. I used to do yoga, but found myself dreading it every morning. I liked how I felt afterwards, but hated how I felt in the process.
So I switched what I did.
Make sure your exercise is something you look foreword to when you wake up, and if you still don’t feel motivated, try reminding yourself of how you feel when yo do it. U got this!💜💜
