I would have to say celestial seasonings tension tamer. I can’t remember if it has chamomile or peppermint in it. Sorry. But that is my favorite tea blend for bed.

Caramel Ginger Tumeric, blueberry green tea, lemon ginger, lavender and honey, i can go on. Definitely go stand in the tea isle, totally worth it. But make sure tou have a budget!
