I researched a lot about nutrition from 2013 to 2016 and this is what I ended up with: eggs, different peppers, onion, garlic and honey (sometimes shrimps as well) cooked in a pan. Plus, a smoothie with avocado, banana, tomato, seasonal fruits, coconut and linseed oil and some water. That is a powerhouse breakfast for your metabolism and immune system. I always look for a protein and fat rich breakfast. I enjoy every meal if I know why exactly I eat it.
