What are a few high-protein breakfast/brunch options for vegetarians?

Protein shake. 500ml of milk, 150-200g of oats, (maybe 2 spoons of coconut shrims for flavor), and 100g of protein powder

I prefer to eat 1 or 2 boiled eggs, cheese, olives and oats for breakfast. Sometimes I also add half a portion of fruit or salad

Soy beans, and mushrooms. Mushrooms are more of my favorite, as I can easily incorporate them into my food, and enjoy tasty meals while not worrying about health issues.
