What’s your favorite workout?

Well to be honest with you I want to be stronger and more healthy so I'm trying to train everyday and eat healthy food moreover when I train I feel much better.My favorite workout is train with bodyweight because when people train with bodyweight they has better control of the body I don't go to the gym I train at home and outside.
It can be strange but I enjoy of pain from training and I'm fond of cold.

Hi! So, I personally don’t do actual serious workouts. But I instead dance . Dancing is a full body workout that can burn 150-250 calories only by dancing for thirty mins. It is also a refresher for me as I can either create new step or follow steps that I’ve been taught. I really hope this helped and I hope this is a good alternative for you!
