When is the best time to workout? If early morning, what exercise do you do?

I like to workout before breakfast because after I have no energy due to digestion. I'm doinga beginners Yoga course with an app.

personally i usually exercise or go to the gym by 6pm, but a morning workout is something i do in weekends and i absolutely love it it's very healthy! By that time, you could do any workout you want. Start by a walk, then choose a body part (f. e. legs) and focus on it. I think the walking/running/cardio part in the morning workout is really great. Keep going💕

In the morning. Morning workout will give you a boost of energy for the rest of your day whereas night workout may not be optimal as your muscles and brain will be very active and that may cause sleep problems.
In the morning get a good stretch, make sure you stretch your whole body. Different groups of muscles and get some cardio, get Your heart pumping every morning. It is great for your system and it will definitely give you tons of endorphins!

I like to do it an hour after eating breakfast because it allows me to gain some energy and also the earlier you do it the more energized you are going to feel for the rest of the day.

Morning.
I have been doing an app called Transform. There are strength training exercises that are pretty challenging for me but I always feel stronger afterwards and that I accomplished hard things. Also cardio for only 10 min right now 6 days a week. I want to start running first thing every morning. I used to years ago and I always felt so good and it was easy to get up every morning.

i find that exercising the first thing when you wake up (after taking one sip of water) works best for me. i just do a very short interval training session with bodyweight only on a yoga mat in the comfort of my own room! it takes less than 15 minutes usually. i usually do the exercises available on the fabulous app but i also recommend freeletics as well for that kind of workout.

The best time is when you wake up, even if it isn’t in the morning because the body needs to wake up too. So, actually the perfect time is in the early morning but if your day starts after morning there is no problem to do exercise at lunch or in the afternoon. The important thing is to make some exercise after you get out of bed.
Now as I am living near the woods, I try to get up early in the morning at 8 am and after drinking a glass of water, I immediately go running with my dog into the woods about 10 minutes.
But if it is impossible for you I suggest that you try some exercises to activate your body inside your house!

I work shifts so have to be flexible when I work out. I like to do a quick 6 minute one from an app in the morning and then a run or a YouTube video workout if I have time

For me, morning is the best time to work out! I feel energised for the rest of the day when I exercises in the morning. For now, my exercises normally includes body weight exercises such as lunges, planks, and lateral rows. I then go for a 5k run.
Hope this helps 🙂

I prefer early morning exercise. It sets the day up for true success. I always feel I was immediately productive. My heart rate elevated, I sweat and woke up my anatomy. I always eat better after mindful movement. The output of my body encourages and inspires healthy input. I have more enduring energy throughout the day, and a mindset full of clarity.
