See when you think of some kind of work that you have to do, not want to do – then you start thinking of ways to procrastinate. It’s the thing that you have to push instead of pulling you that make you procrastinate.
But the tip becomes that when you start thinking of doing something, then you just jump in and do it. Don’t think about how or why or what.. just start it – you’ll figure out all the details as you’re doing it.
think of your end goal. think of yourself in six months’ time. do you want to be in the same place, or ahead of where you are right now? there’s your answer.
