personally, a rice bowl with meat, eggs, and vegetables is one of my personal favorites, but i really love having two slices of toasted bread, with chunky paté spread on top, with over easy/sunny side up eggs on top (one for each slice of bread). add some leafy vegetables and voila! you have a very filling, balanced, breakfast of toast!
When your starting your day, you don’t want to go crazy or heavy. I would recommend a bowl of fruits to get you energized, or a small omelette (2-3 eggs) to give you that full sensation if you don’t want that feeling of hunger throughout the day.
