First thing first. It is better not do it every single day. 2 to 3 times per week would be enough. Another thing to consider is paying careful attention to your micro and macros. It is very important to watch what you eat. Your weight is perfect for someone with your height so please try to be more focused on your eating habits than perfect timing. Hope you be well.

I suggest you read the whole thing before you do anything else. It won't be easy in the start, as I have gone through something like this before, but I would say to go do what you would consider "the regular" in terms of work. Eg: going to work early and exercising regularly (doesn't have to be as intense) as you did before fasting, and try to do that while fasting, but get to that goal gradually, start with 1 day a week, the 2 days, 3 and so on. When you feel like you have done as well as you could in terms of doing "the regular", then make it slightly more work for yourself, like 5 extra minutes of yoga. That's just based off of experiences, go visit somebody who is practised this field like a certified doctor, as they may know what is exactly right for you rather than a somebody from the internet.
