I would take a few days off to rest and definitely do a lot of stretching! Taking a few days off isn’t the end of the world as long as you get back on track when your body is ready to again.

Whenever I over train or over exercise I get exhausted and I fall asleep almost immediately. Then
I rest for atleast 2 to 3 days afterwards to heal my muscles. I might do very minimal exercises within those days (just the barest minimum) in order not to loose my streak or loose motivation.

There's a reason why most olympians only train 3-4 days in the week. They recognise that their rest is as important. I don't know your reasons for training, but I know the addiction of training all too well. For all your sports sessions be sure to implement either a mindfulness session or a day of rest. For a better balance. Also as someone who has problems getting proper rest. I'd recommend sleep hypnosis videos or audio. They have seriously helped me a great deal to get to a healthy 1.5 to 2 hour deep sleep period in my sleeping routine. Which helped my mental state and fitness goals tremendously.

I don't over train, so I don't know what to do if you over train. It usually even helps me, because I spend a lot of energy and it makes me tired, causing me to fall asleep much faster and easier.

First step is to recognize it. So well done! Now plan your next steps. It's better to start slowly and increase it with time than doing too much, getting exhausted and giving up.
