What time should I start to disconnect with my phone to get a good night sleep?

Theoretically people say that you should stop using your phone 2 hours before bed . But if you really need to do something i would recommend for you to have low brightness on your phone and use it until you have 1 hour and a half before sleeping.

This would depend on what time you’d like to wake up. But it’s best to have a consistent sleeping schedule for your body to get used to it and have energy throughout the rest of the day. You also want to get at least 8 hours of sleep!
I would say disconnect with your phone about an hour before you’d like to go to sleep. So if you want to wake up at 7, I suggest shutting off your phone at 10:30. Our minds are very active when we’re using our devices!
