What tea do you find helps you?

I typically go with green tea. I find I feel much more calm and focused if I’m having some before starting a task of some sort. It’s also rich in antioxidants and helps with digestion!

I like to drink eral grey tea, pumpkin spice tea, peppermint tea, detox tea, yogi slim life and stress reliever tea, green tea with lemon and lime slices.
