How do you chill out when you’re stressed?

I do as little as possible. For me it works to stay in bed, watch a movie, take a little nap, snack, maybe nap again. Walk around the house like a zombie before returning to my room and repeading. A few days like that helps. Really allowing myself to do absolutely nothing special.
