Generally I turned off all the electronic devices in my room 30 min before going to bed. I switch my light with something dim, warm and calm. I do yoga, then lay on my yoga mat and do meditation. When I feel completely soft and relax I go to bed.

You should try meditating(maybe a guided one if you're new to this), disconnect from the internet and your electronic devices and rrad a book instead or have a cup of hot tea. Try doing yoga and listen to music. These have helped me a lot!
