I use an app called Rise Sleep. It gives you lots of tips and insight into your sleep. It also tracks your sleep. It tells you your sleep need, sleep debt, melatonin window, and energy peaks and dips throughout the day. I highly recommend trying it out. It is definitely worth it to improve your sleep and quality of life.
