What King of sensations do you feel while meditating? What was the most intense one?

Calm. I am working on not beating myself up when my focus wavers, and just enjoy my moment of sitting still with myself.

When meditating the sensations I go through are anxious thoughts, because the child in me hates sitting still. Once that finally settles I feel a total body calmness. I touch my fingers to my thighs and breath nd tho my mind wanders I just keep breathing and believing I’m able.
