My type of breakfast doesn’t need more than 5 minutes. I start my day eating something sweet and drinking coffee with milk.
If i don’t have enough time to make a great breakfast, i really like eating porridge. It can be buckwheat porridge, cornmeal one or just the rice porridge with milk. They are really nourishing and rich in vitamins. Also, it can be special porridge for diet or detoxification, that is usually made with water.
