My favorite stretching excercise is Cobra Stretch
It not only allows me to stretch but also I try to succeed it with a plank where my breathing speeds up and while doing a Cobra stretch I have to mentally control it and breath slowly any at exactly that moment I can actually feel my abdominals stretching I also try to flex my lower body while Cobra stretching is it also gives a small pull in abdominals

My favorite stretch is the dolphin pose. It tends to help relieve some tension in my lower back and right between my shoulders. I carry a lot of my stress in-between my shoulders. So I feel calmer afterwards.
